Shop Repair

Spectrum Systems offers comprehensive services for instruments manufactured by a number of major CEM suppliers. Services include repairs for Complete Instrument Systems, Gas Analyzers, Opacity Monitors, Printed Circuit Boards and CEM Probes. We perform precision machining and repairs of zirconium oxygen, dilution, and extractive sample probes. Optical repairs and alignments are made in our state of the art optics lab.

Spectrum Systems is factory authorized to perform service on many manufactures' complete product lines. Our well-maintained inventory of small components means expedited, as well as standard repairs times. Repaired equipment is tested under a variety of conditions to insure absolute compliance with the manufacturer's and EPA specifications.

Field Service

Field Maintenance Services are available to provide quick and comprehensive solutions to your CEM problems. At Spectrum Systems we care about the high cost of factory service and long waits for your field repairs. Spectrum Systems offers a guaranteed response time to our contracted customers and uptime performance guarantees to our full service clients. A variety of options are available for onsite service. These options range from total turnkey maintenance with parts and annual fixed pricing to a one-time service call on a time materials basis.

Refurbishment

Refurbishment is a cost-effective solution to extend equipment life or restore equipment that is no longer supported by the manufacture. Each instrument is completely disassembled and thoroughly inspected. Failed or worn Parts are repaired or replaced; then a complete optical alignment and calibration is performed, optimizing the CEM to the manufactures' exact design criteria. Before shipment, each instrument is dynamically checked and tested to National Bureau or EPA specifications to insure reliable accurate performance.
